Credentialing Support Specialist
Location: Morgantown, West Virginia and Cincinnati, Ohio
Description: We are seeking an employee who shall provide professional services to perform HSPD-12 Credentialing Support (CS) Support functions as required to support SSO’s HSPD-12. The employee shall provide the following PIV Credential HSPD-12 Enrollment and Issuance Registration services.The employee shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. The employee shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors. The employee shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all employee personnel. Under these requirements, personnel should be able to provide a high level of customer service to customers, always demonstrating courtesy and efficiency.
